Small Business Development Center –
The Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a network of more than 30 expert business advisors working in communities across the state to help entrepreneurs or small business owners start, grow or buy/sell a business.
The Economic Alliance’s SBDC advisor Lew Blakeney provides one-on-one, confidential, no-cost advising on all phases of small business development throughout Okanogan County and Colville Indian Reservation. Other services provided can include no-cost or low-cost workshops on a variety of business topics and customized market research services. Common Services include:
- Business Plan Assistance (we do not write your plan, but can offer suggestions and help through the process)
- Market Research
- Financial Planning including budgeting
- Export Assistance
- Marketing
- Access to Capital-Preparing your business to apply for a Business Loan/Grant program
